George R. DeVaux

Mr. DeVaux President and COO, brings a breadth of entrepreneurial, financial, corporate and technical experience. He has co-founded three technology based companies which have since been acquired by well-known public companies. Further, Mr. DeVaux has conducted numerous mergers, acquisitions, and divestments as vice president for two New York Exchange companies. He has also played a leading role in financings for a number of technology companies, and currently sits on the board of directors of many technology companies. Mr. DeVaux’s extensive business experience has taken him to different parts of the world and especially in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. Mr. DeVaux holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, and MBA from Harvard.

G. Bradford Cook

Mr. Cook brings a rich and diverse background that will help GAINCom to reach its goals and fulfill its mission. Mr. Cook’s impressive professional background includes a distinguished career as an accomplished lawyer with Winston & Strawn in Chicago between 1962 and 1971. In 1971, he was appointed to the United States Securities Exchange Commission as a general counsel, and in 1973 President Nixon appointed him Chairman of SEC. After that Mr. Cook resumed his law practice and started numerous entrepreneurial ventures in real estate and high-tech industries. Mr. Cook currently serves on the board of directors of numerous high-tech companies, including Norsat International where he serves as the Chairman of the board of directors. In addition to his professional career, he is very active in the arts and non-profit organizations. Mr. Cook holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Stanford University and a Law Degree from the University of Nebraska.

Kersy B. Dastur

Mr. Dastur brings to GAINCom an impressive wealth of entrepreneurial, financial, and International experience. Since March 1999, he established his independent consulting practice, which delivered successful assignments for two global Information Services companies, helping one to secure over $180 million in private equity financing to execute its transformation into eCommerce consulting, and the other to launch its operation in the USA. Prior to that, as part of the top management team at James Martin & Company from 1991 to 1999, Mr. Dastur led the transformation of a financially unstable consultancy in the USA into a vibrant, global systems development company, increasing revenues, profits and shareholder value substantially. He also negotiated the successful acquisition of companies in Europe and Asia, and established joint venture operations in the USA, Japan, Korea, India, Latin America and South Africa.

Federico Fuentes Madriz

Mr. Fuentes Madriz as chief network officer and executive VP-Latin America, He brings to GAINCom an extensive technical background and invaluable knowledge and experience in Latin America and the United States. Most recently, he headed the Internet services and International Division for Cabletron, PointeCom, Telescape and CANTV of South America . Mr. Fuentes Madriz headed several projects in Latin American Division with operations in Venezuela, Columbia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, El Salvador, and Peru. His hands on experience and intimate familiarity with all telecommunications technologies will help GAINCom fulfill its mission.

Allen Church, Ph.D

Dr. Church’s extensive technical background will give GAINCom the technical depth it needs to reach its stated goals. While working for the U.S. General Services Administration and the Justice Department, he lead high level teams in working on leading-edge technical projects ranging from Internet security to digital signature, to eCommerce. And in the private sector, Dr. Church held leadership positions in numerous high-tech companies, the most recent of which is Net2util where he serves as the Chief Technology Officer. Net2util is a national clearinghouse for energy transactions. In this role, he has led tactical and strategic review/analysis of existing B2B and B2C subsystems in order to make short-term alterations and to position subordinate energy companies for long-term rapid growth, in addition to designing advanced technology billing system using Java and distributed processing with an XML-based information storage strategy. Dr. Church holds a BA, MA, and a PhD from Binghamton University, and MS Technology Management from the University of Maryland.

Hussein Hajbi

Mr. Hajbi’s international background and extensive marketing experience in the telecommunications industry will help GAINCom to effectively and efficiently market its services to prospective SP’s around the world and manage its strategic alliances. Mr. Hajbi is fluent in English, French, and Arabic and hold a B.S. in English from the University of Tunisia, an M.A. in Linguistics from George Mason University, and an MBA from the American University.

Daniel B. Kim

Mr. Kim brings to GAINCom an extensive record of leading sales teams of many medium to large size companies in the USA. His contacts and extensive experience both in the United States and in Korea will be crucial to GAINCom’s efforts to forge strategic alliances with ISP’s in both markets. Mr. Kim holds management degrees from Temple and George Washington Universities.

A. S. Habib

As the Chief Executive Officer and founder of GAINCom, Mr. Habib brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in running successful companies, and leading numerous ventures in various parts of the world. In addition to founding GAINCom, Mr. Habib was a key player in negotiating several international deals including a Saudi-Korean deal worth $600M. Mr. Habib was an executive VP with Pensat International, a multinational start-up telecommunications company with operations in the United States, Spain, Brazil, Peru, and Syria. His entrepreneurial background and international experience has put him in a leadership role of many ventures around the world and especially in the Middles East and in the Far East. His extensive experience in international leadership positions will be invaluable in ensuring that GAINCom reach its full potential. Mr. Habib holds an engineering degree and a combined MBA and MIS degree from Johns Hopkins University.
