GAIN Communications, LLC provides its members (international service providers, such as ISPs, and carriers) with the technology to access leading edge communication solutions. The Global Alliance of Internet Networks (GAIN) permits the alliance members to provide their customers (the end users) with advanced unified communication services. GAIN platform provides seamless integration and value added services to cutting edge technologies of its STPs (Strategic Technology Partners). GAIN’s focus and business relationship is with the service provider (the Alliance members). However, GAIN must insure value and quality of service to the end users.
Our mission is to provide easy-to-use, low-cost, value-added communication services to the end user presented in the natural language of the end user’s choice. The service provider is our direct customer. Each of these customers may have thousands to millions of end user customers consisting of individuals, businesses and organizations. Our strategy is to develop and acquire a mix of services, software and hardware that permits the delivery of services and the easy addition of new services. We must make it easy for the customer and the end users to acquire and use our services. We must provide a valued relationship to our Strategic Partners. The initial geographic focus of the company will be on the mid-East, Asia and South America.
GAIN believes that end users are most prominently attracted by low costs and ease of use. We can attain very rapid growth rates by offering a service that is low cost in comparison to an existing service that has a large market volume. This is particularly true when the incumbent service providers cannot lower prices significantly in response to the low price offer.
Management of GAIN believes that high growth rates are possible in the markets for voice and data global roaming, voice over Internet protocol and video conferencing.
VSAT Communication's
